We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Black Gunpowder Tactical. If you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you have two options:

  • Option 1: Contact us at contact@blackgunpowdertactical.com, and our customer support team will assist you with the return process (If you haven't received a reply within two days, please check your spam folder.)

Please note that returns must be initiated through one of these methods. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we will expedite the process of sending out a replacement.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Please keep in mind that while we offer refunds and replacements, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Submit a return request
  1. Log in your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.Click Request return.  

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
